Michaele E. Dimock

Michaele Dimock fell in love with horses at the age of five, and (almost) sixty years later that attraction still dominates her thoughts and endeavors. Starting in 2007, she studied for nine years under International Equine Specialist Anna Twinney, of Reach Out to Horses ® to earn her trainer certification and "instructor-in-training" experience. During that time a new clinic was created, "Reach Out to the Untouched Horse", which prompted Michaele to join the board of Friends of a Legacy (FOAL), a grass-roots non-profit organization, whose mission is to preserve and protect the wild horses of the McCullough Peaks in Cody, Wyoming. Each year from 2010 to 2016, fostership arrangements were made with the Bureau of Land Management to transport 6 to 10 untouched mustangs to the Dimock ranch where students gentled, groomed, haltered, and led the horses - giving them basic skills which improved their chances of being adopted into permanent homes with loving families.

Her dressage background extends to the trails of Wyoming's valleys and mountains - where the smell of silver sagebrush fills the air and lifts one's spirits.  She also enjoys driving draft horse teams and has participated in many parades and camping trips.

With her husband, Chris, she founded It's Elation Inc., a company which specializes in wellbeing assessments, as well as coaching and facilitation services.  It's Michaele's dream to incorporate the key concepts taught by Elation into her equine facilitated classes and offer those classes to its clients.
